To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent, (this discount is not available via the Internet). Refer to Convention Fare Code X86D-910 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Accla Service. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accomdation charges.
So how do you get to Green Fleet from the train? Here's how:
- Take the Amtrak train to the Old Town Station (OLT) in San Diego (Amtrak Reservations) - remember, the 10% discount is not available via the Internet.
- Transfer to the historic San Diego Trolley Green Line and exit after two stops at the Fashion Valley Transit Center (Trolley map)
- Walk across the bridge and parking lot to the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center. You will arrive at the back of the property, walk to the front of the property for hotel check-in. Keep an eye out for a friendly hotel staffer and hitch a ride on a hotel golf cart.
