Would you like to be a speaker at the 2013 Green Fleet Conference and Expo? The conference planning committee is working on the schedule and is looking for your input and ideas! We invite interested parties to submit a topic idea and abstract that could be used as a session at this year’s event.
You may be wondering:
What do I need to submit?
- An unbiased and brand/product neutral session idea
- An abstract of 100-200 words including a title of the suggested presentation
- A brief biography of the presenter or each panel member (50-100 words)
- Presenter(s) contact information
Where do I send my idea?
Please email your session idea and all needed materials to the conference coordinator, Kaity Couch at email@example.com.
What is the deadline?
To be considered for a speaking opportunity, please submit your session idea no later than March 1, 2013. If you missed the deadline, don’t worry! We will keep your submission to review it for next year's conference.
What's the next step?
Once you submit a session idea, you will receive an email confirming its receipt. In May, we will let you know if you have been chosen and send you any additional details at that time.
