The Green Fleet Conference has negotiated special pricing for products and services exclusive to Green Fleet Conference exhibitors such as furnishings, graphics, floral, material handling, freight, electrical service, and Internet service.
The 2012 Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in July 2012.
Hospitality and Special Events
Your company is required to be registered for the 2012 Green Fleet Conference & Expo (GFC) to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during GFC. You must request approval from GFC 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the Renaissance Schaumburg and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the GFC program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. GFC reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The Renaissance Schaumburg has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by GFC in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
