Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing prior to August 17, 2013 and will be granted by show management's discretion. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after August 17, 2013. Photo and Video Release:
By attending the Green Fleet Conference you hereby grant Bobit Business Media its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Green Fleet Conference. You also authorize the Green Fleet Conference to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
Hospitality and Special Events
Your company is required to be registered for the 2013 Green Fleet Conference & Expo (GFC) to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during GFC. You must request approval from GFC 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the Phoenix Convention Center or Hyatt Regency Phoenix and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the GFC program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. GFC reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Phoenix have been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by GFC in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
